Ecomm seeks to support you on your journey to better health. Whatever you need, whether it’s to fill in gaps in your diet, improve overall health and help manage some health conditions or training for an event, we have the supplements and tests to support you.

What does Ecomm do?

 It provides a delightful experience to improve your health with access to at-home testing, tailor-made supplements and online doctor consultations.

How is the refund of my order done?

Once the order reaches us, it will take 3-5 business days for the refund to be credited, and you will be notified accordingly

If my order was cancelled, Can I reorder it?

You can, of course, reorder the item but it will be considered as fresh order

How much time does it take to replace an order?

2-5 days

Do I need to pay the courier company to send my product back?

The delivery charges for your return/replace will be borne by us—no need to pay.

Under what conditions can I return/ replace my product?

1. Wrong item delivered 2. Damaged Product – Physical damage/ Tampered product “Terms and conditions apply”. It depends on the product

How can I get my orders delivered faster?

We always try to deliver the order on or before the expected delivery date.

What happens to undelivered orders?

Courier partner will attempt three times if the person is not responding, then they return to the shipper.

Which courier will deliver my item?

For a smooth delivery of your orders, we have tied up with several trustworthy delivery partners

Can I change my delivery address after I place an order?

It would be best if you inform customer care before the order is dispatched

Can I open and check the contents of my package before accepting delivery?

Currently, this option is not available

How long will it take to receive my order?

The shipment is typically arranged within the same day of receiving your order. A tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. 

Please track your shipment with the tracking number. Please remember to check your email spam folder and add our email address to your email safe list.

Why is the image shown on the website different from the item I received

Although we make every effort to ensure product images on our website are identical to the item you receive, occasionally actual product colour may vary from the image shown. We cannot guarantee the accurate representation of the product because not all computer monitors may have the same colour settings. Please note that product image on our site is for illustrative purpose only.

Should I consult a doctor before taking supplements?

It's always best to talk with your doctor before you start taking any supplements, especially if you already take medications, have health concerns or are pregnant.
