Seller's Notes

What is included in the sale? Site and all of its content (just under 800 articles) Twitter handle: @millionairer0ad with c.1800 followers Domain name: www.multimillionaireroad.com A list of all previous customers, their contact details and how much they have previously paid for sponsored content What is required to keep the business operational? In order to continue to earn revenue you will need to change the contact form and email contacts on the site such that you receive the advertising requests. We get roughly five of these per week. You would also need to run through a process of emailing the current client list and notifying them of the change of management over the site. Why are you selling the business? Two-fold: 1) I run another site www.greendollarbills.com and need to devote more time to building it up 2) I have not written original content on the site for a while (whist I've focussed on the new site) and as such the only new content has been the content provided for sponsored posts. How does the business generate revenue? Currently the main source of income is through sponsored posts. The domain has a high DA score - 33 and as such receives lots of requests for sponsored content. The client provides the content and you post it. Once the post is live you receive payment via paypal. Sometimes you will need to invoice the client. A second revenue stream is a writing fee. I normally charge and additional £95 for any clients that require me to write the content. Last month I placed a affiliate link banner at the top of the page. I believe that this could be another viable revenue source. The site normally earns revenue in £GBP, however, we have accepted funds in $USD. The previous 12 months gross invoiced earnings in £GBP and converted into USD at 1.3 $:£. Sept 2016 - £360 ($469) Oct 2016 - £365 ($475) Nov 2016 - £305 ($397) Dec 2016 - £825 ($1,073) Jan 2017 - £1,015 ($1,319) Feb 2017 - £560 ($728) Mar 2017 - £935 ($1,216) Apr 2017 - £548 ($712) May 2017 - £685 ($891) Jun 2017 - £828 ($1,077) Jul 2017 - £1,034 ($1,344) Aug 2017 - £1,224 ($1,591) Are there any expenses for the business? If so, what are they? Currently, $10 per annum for the domain name. That's it! It's a highly profitable site! You could of course spend more on marketing, content etc. However, it's not something I've explored. I focused on keeping costs incredibly low and profits high. What marketing initiatives have been used for this business? None paid. In terms of free marketing: - Networking with other personal finance sites and writing guest posts for them in order to get a backlink for my site - Twitter -> 1800 followers for @millionairer0ad How can the future owner improve the business? Several options: 1) Networking with other personal finance sites to get guest posts out there and build backlinks 2) Fresh original (and non-sponsored) content in order to improve SEO and keywords 3) Facebook and other social media marketing 4) Paid for marketing 5) Develop other revenue streams e.g. affiliate links
